*If you are not big enough to lose, you are not big enough to win.

*There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.

*The wisest person is not the one who has the fewest failures but the one who turns failures to best account.

*Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent.

*Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Failure is delay, not defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing.

*No one ever won a chess game by betting on each move. Sometimes you have to move backward to get a step forward.

*If you can't make a mistake, you can't make anything.

*Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.

*I am not judged by the number of times I fail, but by the number of times I succeed; and the number of times I succeed is in direct proportion to the number of times I can fail and keep on trying.

*Most people give up just when they're about to achieve success. They quit on the one yard line. They give up at the last minute of the game, one foot from a winning touchdown.

*If there exists no possibility of failure, then victory is meaningless.
